The author has lived the ups and downs of the Christian life for over 40 years.
He has experienced the trials and tribulations of life.
He has witnessed the systematic abuse of the Christian faith from within, and its denigration from without.
He has experienced the delusion and damage of false doctrine and practice.
He has cast the precious seed on shallow, stony soil.
His faith has been sorely tested.
But the Providential hand of the Creator has made itself known.
Fanny J Crosby [1823-1915] wrote in her hymn:
“To God be the Glory, great things He hath done – So loved He the world that he gave us His Son, Who yielded His life an atonement for sin, and opened the life gate that we may go in -“
“Praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord ! let the earth hear his voice ! Praise the Lord ! praise the Lord ! let the people rejoice ! O come to the Father through Jesus the Son; And give him the Glory great things he hath done!”
